Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at service@donnermusic.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your region.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned gear to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
